Pro Tips for the Best Crab and Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

  • Use Fresh or Canned Crab Meat – Fresh crab offers the best flavor, but canned or imitation crab works well too.
  • Soften the Cream Cheese – This makes mixing easier and ensures a smooth filling.
  • Don’t Overstuff the Rolls – Adding too much filling makes it harder to seal the edges and could lead to leaks.
  • Brush with Butter for Extra Flakiness – A light coat of melted butter before baking adds a golden, crispy texture.
  • Add a Dash of Old Bay Seasoning – If you love seafood seasoning, a sprinkle of Old Bay takes these to the next level!
  • Serve with a Dipping Sauce – Try garlic butter, spicy mayo, or a simple lemon aioli for extra flavor!
