INSTRUCTIONS:
1 ) In a 9 by 13 inches baking dish, spread onion, and garlic evenly, then add olive oil and bake for 14 minutes. Make sure to check at 10 or 11 minutes and mix if it’s necessary so that you won’t have any browned bits.
2 ) In a mixing bowl mix together, Black pepper, salt, paprika, dried thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, and sprinkle all the chicken thighs on both sides.
3 ) Now, after 14 minutes remove the onion and garlic mixture from the oven. Pour your rice in, mix and spread it evenly in the dish and place your chicken thighs. Then pour chicken broth and water around.

4 ) Bake it covered with a foil in a preheated oven to 350F (180C) for 30 minutes. slide it out from the oven spray your chicken thighs with oil, then bake for another 20 minutes to absorb the liquids.
5 ) Transfer rice to your serving dish, sprinkle with parsley or finely chopped thyme if you want and enjoy!
