EASY BEEF AND BROCCOLI SKILLET

beef and broccoli skillet

INSTRUCTIONS:

1 ) In a mixing bowl, combine beef, Knorr liquid seasoning, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar mix. Transfer your beef to the mixture, add cornstarch and mix it until well blended with all the ingredients then set aside.

2 ) In a cooking pot, heat around 2 tablespoons cooking oil, saute ginger, garlic and broccoli (make sure to add broccoli before the garlic starts to brown), and stir-fry it for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the pot and set it aside.

3 ) Heat the remaining oil in a skillet, add your marinated beef and stir-fry until the beef browns. (I always add water and let it boil and stirring to evaporate to tenderize my beef further, so feel free to add it too if you want)

4 ) Add salt and ground black pepper to taste, and transfer your cooked broccoli to the skillet with the beef, stir-fry for 3 or 4 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate and serve!
