EASY CAULIFLOWER SALAD

Many cauliflower salad recipes! I got kind of a dinky do head of cauliflower… I like to use more cauliflower than this generally but this is gonna be plenty enough for our salad which is gonna be very garlicky very flavorful.
But the first thing you’re gonna do is clean up your cauliflower a little bit, and then go ahead and break it apart, and cut it down into some smaller pieces before you steam it, but don’t overly steam it.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 head of broccoli chopped
  • 1 head of cauliflower chopped
  • 1/2 pound of cooked bacon
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  • The sauce is:
  • One cup of mayonnaise
