We usually need eggs and heavy cream for chocolat cakes, but this easy chocolate cake recipe doesn’t use them. Yes you can make chocolate cakes without eggs and heavy cream.
The length of baking time changes the condition of the cake. The point is to emulsify the cake mixture. Remove the heat completely from the oven before baking. Bake at 170°C for 28-30 minutes and you can have the chocolate melting inside. 30-minutes baking is enough. You can enjoy the cake at room temperature, cool, or warm. Try making it for a dessert on a holiday.

Ingredients:
- IN CUPS:
- About 5 inches round Cake Pan
- 6 oz chocolate (4 oz Sweet chocolate 2 oz Dark chocolate)
- 1/2 Cup of water
- 5 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup of Cake flour
- 1/2 Tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp of cocoa powder

- IN GRAMS:
- About 5 inches round Cake Pan
- 150 g chocolate (100g Sweet chocolate 50gDark chocolate)
- 100g water
- 50g Vegetable oil
- 80g Cake flour
- 2g baking powder
- 10g cocoa powder
- For Toppings:
- cocoa powder
Directions:
1 ) Place chopped chocolate ,Water and Oil in a microwavable bowl. Microwave at 600w for 1 minute to melt them.
2 ) Then mix well with a Spatula (You can melt in a double boiler).
3 ) Sift in cake flour,Cocoa powder,Baking powder,and mix well.
4 ) Pour into the pan lined with baking paper.
5 ) Bake it in the preheated oven (170°C) for about 28-30 mins, and serve!
6 ) Let it cool and sprinkle cocoa powder on top if you like.
