  • 2 TBS Canola Oil
  • 2 TBS Butter
  • 3 TBS Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 Small Onion Chopped
  • 2 TS chopped garlic
  • 1 TS thyme
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 TS Paprika
  • 2 TS Creole Seasoning
  • 2 TS Worcestershire
  • 2 Cups Stock
  • 1 lb Cooked Crawfish
  • 1 TS Hot Sauce
