So, use you skills here. 🙂

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE WHITING FISH:

  • Whiting fish.
  • Parsley.
  • coriander.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt.
  • Garlic.
  • Thyme.
  • Lemon juice.
  • Ground ground black pepper.

FOR VEGETABLES:

  • 700g potatoes
  • 6 large Carrots
  • 500g broccoli
  • 250g mushrooms
  • Garlic.
  • Fresh parsley coriander for garnish
  • 4 tablespoon of salted butter
  • Ground black pepper.
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of finely grated fresh ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water to boil carrots

The first thing we have to do, is prepare our spices. We put a large or medium bowl, and we put into it, coriander, parsley, salt, Garlic, Ground black pepper, thyme, olive oil, and lemon juice and mix the whole together, until we get a nice mixture.

We marinate the whiting-fish using our prepared spices mixture, making sure that each part of the fish has covered with the mixture, especially the inside, and we put it in the oven at a medium heat….

Now, let’s prepare the other Add-ons, which are optional. You can choose whatever you want, and you don’t need to use the same exact elements in the picture, it’s up to you, but I’ll show you how I’ve cooked these Vegetables.

And first of all, the carrots obviously are harder and denser, so they take a little longer. That’s why, we’re going to cook it a little longer, then cook the Greens.

Now, on the stove, prepare a pot of salted boiled water. Put in the carrots and leave them in for 3-4 minutes, then add the green vegetables. And after about a minute of cooking, you’ll notice that the green vegetables turn bright, and that’s the time when you should stop cooking them. Because, if you keep them in there for too long then they’re no longer bright green, you’ll kill all their vitamins, minerals and all the enzymes.

Now, as you get them cooked, dried, and separated.
