The battle among Android phone manufacturers for foldable flip phones supremacy appears to center on the size of the cover display, as evident in recent developments. The trend sees an upward trajectory, with Samsung rumored to be taking a significant leap in the area, particularly with the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 5.
Motorola’s next Razr smartphone seems to have gained an edge in the aesthetics and coolness department. Leaked images of the Moto Razr 40 Ultra suggest a visually stunning device that has caught the attention of many. Despite not having a cover screen as large as that expected on the Z Flip 5 (as previously rumored), the Razr 40 Ultra’s design makes Samsung’s folder-style Z Flip 5 cover screen look almost outdated in comparison.
While it’s challenging to make a definitive conclusion without physically seeing both phones, the renders suggest that Motorola’s cover screen implementation appears significantly superior. Although the Razr’s cover display may be smaller, it does not seem to give Samsung a considerable advantage.
