INSTRUCTIONS:

) Preheat your oven to 400°, and season your turkey wings with the following ingredients: garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder, poultry seasoning, basil, and oregano.

) In your baking pan, add mushrooms, garlic, celery, bell pepper, chopped onion to cover the bottom of the pan. IMPORTANT: Don’t forget to coat it a little bit of EVOO.

) Top the vegetables with turkey wings making sure that the skin is side down, and then tightly wrap your pan with an aluminum foil and cook for 60 minutes, and then slide it out, add half a cup of chicken stock, replace the foil and cook for another 45 minutes.

) Remove pan from oven and pour most of the liquid, including vegetables into a saucepan.

) Remove your pan again and move all your vegetables and liquid to a saucepan except for some juices, and with skin side-up, turn back the wings in the oven UNCOVERED on broil for 20 minutes to give their skin that brown and slightly crispy texture.

) In the saucepan with the drippings, add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can cream of chicken soup.

) Now, back to your saucepan, add one can cream mushroom soup, half can cream of chicken soup then spice it to your taste, and simmer for 10-15 minutes and pour over turkey wings and bake it covered with a foil for another 20-25 minutes or until tender and serve it the way you like!
